What SMS messages should a restaurant send?
Send a confirmation when a table is booked, a reminder on the day for larger groups, and an alert when a takeaway order is ready or a delivery leaves. Offers go only to customers who signed up for them. Short messages with the time, table size or order number work best, and they stay within one credit.

How do order-ready alerts work with my system?
Your ordering or billing system calls the REST API when an order changes state, such as ready for pickup or out for delivery. Each call returns a batch ID and the cost, and signed webhooks report the delivery status back. If your system has no integration, staff can send single messages from the dashboard instead.

Can I send offers to my regular customers?
Only to customers who agreed to receive them. A weekend discount or a new menu announcement is advertising, and the Advertisement (Regulation) Act 2076 requires the recipient's consent first. Collect it with a tick box at billing or on a loyalty form, and keep a record of when each person agreed. This is general information, not legal advice.
Can messages show my restaurant's name?
Yes, once approved. Request a branded alphanumeric sender ID of up to 11 characters from the dashboard, usually a short form of the restaurant name. Until it is approved, messages go out under a shared default sender ID, so put the restaurant name in the text itself so customers know who is writing.

How does a restaurant get started?
Fill in the lead form on the contact page and complete KYC with personal or business documents. Approval usually takes 2 to 3 business days, and for the first 7 days an account can send up to 50 SMS a day to OTP-verified numbers only. Use that week to set up templates and test your booking messages.
