1. Accounts and KYC
Every account completes KYC with personal or business documents. Sending is enabled after our review. For the first 7 days after approval an account can send up to 50 SMS a day, only to numbers verified by OTP.
You keep your login and API keys secret and are responsible for messages sent with them.
2. Credits, prices and billing
You buy SMS credits in advance. One message segment to one recipient uses one credit. Rates are those on the pricing page when you buy and exclude 13% VAT, which is added to the invoice.
There is no monthly fee, setup fee or minimum contract. We may change rates for future purchases; credits already bought keep the rate they were bought at.
3. What you may send
You send only lawful messages to people who agreed to receive them. Advertising by SMS needs the recipient's prior consent under the Advertisement (Regulation) Act 2076. Every promotional message must tell the recipient how to stop receiving messages, and you must honour that request.
You confirm that you hold the recipient's consent for every number you send to, you keep a record of that consent and show it to us on request, and you are responsible for claims that arise from messages sent without it. Political or election messages need the same consent as advertising.
You must not send fraud, phishing, threats, adult content, content that impersonates another person or organization, or anything else Nepali law prohibits. You must not use a sender ID that belongs to someone else.
4. Sender IDs
A branded sender ID of up to 11 characters is used only once approved for your account. Until then messages go out under a shared default sender ID. An approval can be withdrawn if the sender ID is misused.
5. Suspension
We may suspend sending, without notice, where a complaint, a network operator or a regulator shows a likely breach of these terms or of law, or where the account appears compromised. We tell you why and how to resolve it. Credits for messages not sent stay on the account.
6. Delivery and liability
We pass your messages to the mobile networks and report the status each network returns. We cannot guarantee that a network or handset delivers every message, or when. Credits for failed messages are refunded under the refund policy.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where Nepali law does not allow that limit.
7. Complaints and governing law
Send a complaint to the contact below. We acknowledge it and decide it within 15 days of receiving it. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes go to the courts of Nepal with jurisdiction over Lalitpur.
8. Changes, notices and language
We tell account holders about changes to these terms by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. Changes do not apply to credits already bought.

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as a network operator outage, a regulator's order or a natural disaster.
These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, the English text governs.
