1. What we collect
From the enquiry form: your name, organization, phone number, email if given, what you plan to send and your expected volume.
From account holders: KYC documents, login and billing details, the contact lists you upload, the messages you send and their delivery status.
From visitors: basic technical data such as IP address and pages viewed. If analytics is enabled, it uses cookies to count visits.
2. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, verify your identity under KYC, send your messages, bill you, keep the service secure and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your contact lists for any purpose other than sending your messages.
3. Who we share it with
Mobile network operators receive the recipient number, sender ID and message text, because they deliver the SMS. Service providers for hosting, email delivery and our customer records system process data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We disclose data to authorities only when Nepali law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries without an account are deleted within 12 months. KYC, billing and message records are kept for as long as the account is open and then for the period tax and other laws require.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and remove its data, subject to the records the law requires us to keep. If you received an SMS sent by one of our customers, contact that sender first; we will help where we can.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited to staff who need it, and API keys can be scoped and rotated. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach is likely to harm you, we tell you without undue delay, with what happened and what you should do.
