It says who is sending, what happened or what to do, and by when, ideally in one segment. Put the key detail, such as the code, amount or date, near the start, where it shows in the notification. Plain sentences read as genuine; heavy capitals and rows of symbols read as spam.
Which of these templates need consent?
Codes, order updates, receipts, appointment reminders and school notices concern something the person already started, so they are transactional on a plain reading. The offer templates are advertising, and Nepal's Advertisement (Regulation) Act 2076 requires the recipient's consent before you send them. This is general information, not legal advice.
How do I keep a template to one credit?
Stay within 160 characters in English or 70 in Nepali, and leave out curly quotes and emoji, which switch an English message to Unicode. After you change the details, check the count again: paste your version into the character counter, which also names any character that forces Unicode.
